Delete Your Vialora Account

You can permanently delete your Vialora account and associated cloud data from the Vialora app or by sending Eisen Labs a deletion request.

Delete your account in Vialora

1. Sign in to Vialora.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm deletion in the warning dialog.

The deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and the account cannot be recovered.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@eisenlabs.io from the email address associated with your Vialora account. Use the subject “Vialora Account Deletion Request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted with the account

• Your Vialora authentication account and profile.
• Protocols, schedules, cycles, titration settings, and vial inventory.
• Dose, injection-site, symptom, daily check-in, and progress records.
• Private progress photos stored by Vialora.
• Imported Apple Health or Health Connect records stored by Vialora.
• Exports, share links, preferences, and other account-linked application data.

Limited information may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, as described in the Vialora Privacy Policy. Deleting Vialora does not delete source records held by Apple Health, Health Connect, or another health provider.
