Vialora Terms of Use
Effective July 29, 2026
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Eisen Labs for access to and use of Vialora. By creating an account or using Vialora, you agree to these terms and the Vialora Privacy Policy.
Personal tracking service
Vialora helps adults organize user-directed protocol schedules, reminders, inventory, logs, private progress photos, exports, and health context. Vialora is not a medical device or healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, prescriptions, or medication sourcing. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health or protocol decisions.
Your account and records
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, providing accurate information, maintaining lawful control of imported data, and reviewing schedules and reminders for accuracy. You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant Eisen Labs the limited right to process that content to operate, secure, synchronize, troubleshoot, and improve Vialora.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vialora to:
- Violate law or another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Sell, source, prescribe, or distribute controlled, counterfeit, or unapproved substances.
- Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code.
- Represent Vialora output as medical advice or a substitute for professional care.
Subscriptions and purchases
Vialora may offer monthly, annual, and lifetime Plus access through Apple or Google. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before the current billing period ends. Trials convert to the selected paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Apple or Google processes payment and controls billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility under its rules. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account.
If you purchased through Apple, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the app-store terms control for that purchase.
Connected services
Apple Health, Health Connect, authentication providers, RevenueCat, and other connected services are governed by their own terms. Availability and source-record accuracy can depend on your device, permissions, provider, and network connection.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We aim to keep Vialora reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reminder delivery, health synchronization, or error-free data. Export records you need to retain independently.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vialora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Eisen Labs is not liable for health decisions, missed reminders, provider inaccuracies, indirect damages, or losses caused by using Vialora as a substitute for professional judgment. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Vialora or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security threats, or legal requirements. See account-deletion instructions for the data-deletion process.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Vialora changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app or account notice. Questions can be sent to support@eisenlabs.io.
Vialora is intended for adults. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
